Custom Jutsu Submission Thread
Every Shinobi at one point dreamed of creating their own jutsu. Something they could use to leave a impression on his/her enemies and leave them in envy, and hopefully in need of a Medical Ninja. Or possibly something useful like a defensive jutsu the would protect those dear to you and potentially save lives. Either way this thread is where you can post your custom jutsu/weapon ideas up for approval. Just be sure to mind the rules and follow the submission guidelines.

-Submission Thread Rules-

MOTS Forum rules apply.
Members must be of at least Private Rank to submit a custom.
When submitting a custom jutsu use the provided template. Do not submit any customs with text formatting of any kind. You may provide a picture but put it in a spoiler.
You must have been train up to the rank in the element or type of jutsu you are trying to make. You must also provide a link to the thread in which you received the training.
Note: If posting multiple techniques of the same element or type you may just put the link once.
In order to create a Forbidden Rank Technique you must first have permission from 2 Admins.
No Insta Kill techniques or any technique that may be similar to any of the banned techniques. (The technique has to be able to be blocked or countered for the sake of keeping the RP fun)
There will be no reserving of spots, and if a mod say's fix your jutsu that means Repost it after you fixed it. If you just edit the post don't expect us to check it.
All Staff have the final say on every custom that is submitted. DO NOT ARGUE
Do not VM or PM staff about checking your customs. We will get to it as fast as possible, but do have other duties to attend to as well.
There will be no copying or creating variations of any other custom jutsu with out the creators permission. This also includes using another members custom jutsu without their permission.
You may not post any more than 3 submissions per post, and no more than 6 a week. (This rule may be subject to change)
Note: There must be a gap of 3 post before your last inorder for you to post again. This rule is to keep people from making a whole but load in succession. (This rule may be subject to change)
Any members who ignore any of the above mentioned rules will be banned. This is your warning.
By submitting your first custom you agree to the above mentioned rules and are saying that you read and under stand everything in this post will willingly accept any consequences for your actions. Should you choose to not follow any rules.
For any question please use the question and answer thread located in the welcome part of the forum.

Note:Rules may change from time to time, so be sure to check for updates, and changes.

-Creating a Custom Jutsu-

Copy and fill out the Submission Template.
Name: Here you will type the English name of your jutsu preceded by the Japanese translation with the kanji in parenthesis.
Rank: Here you will type the rank of your jutsu.
Class: Here you will specify the classification of your custom. Whether it be Offense, Defense, a Summon etc.
Range: Here you will specify the range short, mid, short-long etc.
Hand seals: Here you will write the hand seals for this jutsu.
Description: Here you will describe your jutsu, how it is performed, looks etc.
Keep in mind if your jutsu is S rank and above you will have to add restrictions to it. (This will be explained further below)
After filling out the Template you can then submit it in this thread and await for a Moderators Approval.

-Properly Restricting your Jutsu-
In order to properly restrict your jutsu you must first understand what the difference is between an S-Rank Technique, and Forbidden techniques. So to help you I prepared the following 2 explanations below.

S Rank Techniques
S-rank (Sランク, Esu ranku) is one of the six classifications. It is preceded by A-rank. It is typically used when classifying techniques intended for highly experienced jōnin and Kage-level shinobi. S-rank techniques are almost always unique to a single user, and as such are trademark abilities of that user.

Forbidden Techniques
Kinjutsu (禁術; Literally meaning "Forbidden Techniques") are techniques that have been banned from being taught or used.
This ban could have been put in place for any number of reasons, but kinjutsu can generally be put in either of two categories:

Techniques that do extreme harm to oneself (e.g. the Multiple Shadow Clone Technique, which will bring almost any user to the brink of death by mere use).
Techniques that violate the laws of nature (e.g. the Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation, which resurrects the dead with a human sacrifice).

Despite being banned, the use of these techniques generally does not carry any legal consequences in respects to the village they're used in, except those brought on by the techniques themselves. However, their use is heavily frowned upon, especially those techniques that violate nature.

Now that you have an understanding of what the difference is between the 2 let me give you a few examples of custom jutsu submissions so that you can get a picture of what each submission should look like. Also I will list a few possible restrictions for S, and Forbidden rank techniques.
