Looks Quite tall, though notably shorter than most, dressed in a custom tailored suit consisting of an elegant, purple coat with matching pin-stripe pants (kept up by suspenders rather than a belt). Underneath it, he wears a light blue jacket, green vest, and a light purple patterned shirt. Almost always seen wearing white make-up with blackened eyes and red smeared over the already gruesome scars, greasy, green-dyed, unkempt hair on his head only further implies his unstable psyche.

This outfit and make-up gets increasingly worn throughout his life, showing that the Joker indeed cares little for just about anything.

Personality: Insane

History: He was born into the Uchiha clan, however he was sealed away due to his unstable behavior.He would tell stories to little children about how his father gave him Scars so he would smile forever, and slit the side of the mouths after saying "Why So Serious". While sealed he tool more drugs that made him even more crazy. Recently, the former leader died and the seal was broken. He made himself look like a clown in order to make sure nobody knew who he really was and pledged alliance to mau5 and began training to get stronger
